Jerry Daws, president and founder of Republic has been actively developing industrial real estate for over 35 years. Prior to founding Republic in 1998, he was a founding development partner for Seefried Industrial Properties; a highly respected Atlanta based private industrial developer. Republic has developed and managed industrial real estate on behalf of institutional investors such as Cabot Properties, Lubert-Adler, Principal Financial, Barings Financial (Mass Mutual), ING Financial and Granite Properties.

Over his career, Jerry has personally managed the development of over 20 million square feet of industrial property, at a value of approximately $1.3 billion, in Atlanta, Dallas, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, New Jersey, Orlando and several South Florida markets. In addition to extensive experience developing industrial property, his experience also includes the development of both luxury and budget hotels, anchored and specialty retail centers and suburban office properties.

Jerry holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Georgia State University.

Seth joined Republic Property Company in 2010 and currently serves as Vice President responsible for overseeing the company’s development and project management activities including site development and building construction. Prior to joining Republic, Seth spent six years in public accounting at Faucett, Taylor & Associates, a boutique public accounting firm in Atlanta, whose client base included real estate developers, general contractors, and real estate focused investment funds.

Seth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Auburn University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Rawson joined Republic Property Company in 2015 as Vice President. Rawson oversees new developments which includes sourcing and underwriting our new projects. His responsibilities include site selection, debt and equity funding and transaction management. Prior to joining Republic, Rawson worked as an industrial broker at Hailey Realty Company, Inc. in Atlanta.

Rawson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia.

Abby joined Republic Property Company in 2020 as a Project Manager. Abby oversees design and construction activity for both ground up and interior construction projects. Abby came to Republic with four years of project management experience from Endeavor/IMG for their live events marketing group.

Abby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Science from the University of Alabama.

Ansley joined Republic Property Company In 2014 as a Property Manager. Ansley is responsible for the financial accounting and the physical management of an industrial portfolio containing 2,300,000 square feet. Prior to joining Republic, Ansley owned and operated Apricity a women’s fashion E-Commerce company.

Ansley holds a Bachelor of Human Environmental Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Alabama.

Lin joined Republic Property Company in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer. Lin is responsible for overseeing the financial management of Republic and its property management operations. During her tenure with Republic Lin has managed more than 25,000,000 square feet of industrial properties.

Prior to joining Republic, Lin worked for Georgia Pacific Corporation and Adams, Howard and Banks Public Accounting firm. After taking several years off to raise a family she joined Republic.

Lin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Georgia State University.
