Renew Computer Renews Lease

November 2009

Renew Computer, Inc., a supplier of refurbished computer parts and machines, signed a lease extension at 5060 Avalon Ridge in Norcross, Ga. The 24′ clear industrial warehouse building was constructed in 1995 and currently owned by Cabot Properties.

Renew Computer was represented by Adam Slutzky of  Slutzky Realty Group, Inc., while Luke Pope of Republic Property Company represented the landlord.

Associated Hygienic Products Inks Renewal

November 2009

Associated Hygienic Products signed a 56,455-square-foot renewal at 3400 Rivergreen Court in Duluth, GA.

The one-story, 157,460-square-foot, Class B industrial building was built in 1998 and is in the Duluth/Suwanee/Buford Industrial submarket.

Jay Young of Hailey Realty Co. represented the tenant, while Luke Pope of Republic Property Co. Inc. represented the landlord, Cabot Properties Inc.

Graybar Electric Company Signs New Lease in Forest Park

May 2009

Graybar Electric Company, Inc. signed a 9,307-square-foot lease at 107 Forest Parkway in Forest Park, GA.

The 138,880-square-foot, Class A building was built in 2006 and is one of three buildings in the 340,220-square-foot Airlogistics Center II business park.

Bilijack Bell of Wilson, Hull & Neal represented Graybar, while Luke Pope represented the landlord, Republic Property Company.

Plainfield Lands Distributor

February 2009

PLAINFIELD » Republic Property Co. has signed a lease for the remaining 173,430 square feet of space in Building 100 of the Plainfield Distribution Center, 2150 Stanley Road, Plainfield. The tenant will be SWS, a Dallas company that specializes in the redistribution of supplies for retail chain restaurants. Republic also will begin constructing a Building 200 this spring. When it’s done, it will be a 446,500-square-foot Modern Bulk Warehouse.

SWS Leases 173,430 SF in Plainfield

New Lease Brings 620,000-SF Facility to Full Occupancy

SWS, a Dallas-based company that redistributes restaurant supplies, leased 173,430 square feet at 2150 Stanley Road in Plainfield, IN. Occupancy is slated for summer 2009.

The 619,930-square-foot warehouse facility is Building 100 of the Plainfield Distribution Center. Features include 46 loading docks and four drive-in doors. Siemens is the only other tenant in the building and occupies the remainder of the space.

Chip Barnes and Matt Dickerson of NAI Olympia Partners represented the landlord, Republic Property Co.
